The Wyoming County Housing Authority is looking for Landlords to participate in our Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program.

- On time monthly payments – Direct deposit paid the first business day of the month
- Partially pre-screened tenants
- Pre-lease up and biennial inspections to ensure both the landlord and tenant maintain clean and safe living conditions
- In most cases, if the tenant’s income decreases, the Housing Authority’s portion will go up
